Taco Bell - Rockingham

After hours around 9pm until closing the Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes were not fresh old and cold. I never received the Cinnabon Delights 12 Pack. The slushy was melted. The Grilled Cheese Burrito steak was old and cold. Night shift does not want to make fresh bee

The fries were very stale, first taco was good but the other was completely broken and hard to eat with the amount of lettuce and tomatoes stacked on top of it

I love taco bell but since COVID when you go in you have to ring yourself up and do your payment. There's a skeleton crew working.

The employees gave my DoorDasher a terrible time! They gave my original order to someone else and on top of that they made my third dasher wait in access of 30 minutes because she spoke with me and refused to leave without the order. Terrible way totreat your customer and vendor!

I rated it 2 stars because I enjoy Taco Bell's food occasionally, and the Taco Supremes were as good as always, which I appreciated. However, the real issue was the ordering process at the kiosk, which turned out to be a huge time-waster. It took me twice as long to place my order as it should have. If there had been other customers there, it might have made the experience a bit better, but by the time I finished tapping buttons on the screen, I wished I had just gone to the Cookout across the street instead.
