The food at Sunsets is delivered in huge portions and is absolutely delicious.

By far the best restaurant in this strip of eating establishments!! Apart from the ocean view, which is world class on a sunny day, the food is terrific.

Had a family lunch with 4 adults and 2 littleuns in tow this week. Over the years this was our go to in Rockingham, but lately we had tried alternatives. We were greeted warmly and the seating arrangements quickly made to accommodate our 3 year old granddaughter. The service was very friendly from start to finish. 3 of us had the lunch special which had a choice of mains and a drink, beer and wine alternatives included which is really good value. I had the Thai beef salad which was very nice. The beef was moist and succulent. The others chose the Tandoori chicken salad and the barramundi. All enjoyed their meals immensely, and the servings were very generous. We were hoping for a quick lunch, but our order did take a little while, mainly due to the Tandoori chicken taking 20 minutes. It would be good to inform diners of this prior to ordering it, rather than when we questioned the timing later. The children's meals were out very quickly and were also enjoyed and good value. It was a wild winters day, so it was nice to sit behind the shades, but the outlook is at its best when the weather is nice.

We have eaten here before " a few years ago" on which occasion I would have rated it as poor at best. So I suppose you can assume it has improved ??. The wait staff were reasonable but the food quality was only fair and a bit pricey for what was served. May be better for a lunch time service.
