Domino's Pizza - Rockport

The pizza here is fantastic—I'd say it's the best in Texas!

I am extremely disappointed with the products I've received from the Rockport, TX store. Today marks the third time since September that I've ordered from this location, and each time has been a letdown. I've frequented stores on both the East and West Coasts, and their records would reflect that. We've encountered issues ranging from incorrect orders to being charged for extra meat on sandwiches, only to receive less than what a regular sandwich would offer. Additionally, it often takes an unreasonable amount of time to prepare a simple order, even one as small as three sandwiches. I've also received incorrect two-topping pizzas, and when I addressed these issues with the staff and management, there was a complete lack of interest in my complaints, as if my feedback didn't matter because I am just one person. It's quite disappointing, to say the least.

Charging for crushed pepper is completely unreasonable. What's next, are you going to start charging for the takeout box?

I ordered an appetizer, and the process was incredibly easy. I notified them that I was inside waiting for my orders. I have to say, the teamwork here is outstanding, especially considering it was a busy weekend for Oysterfest. I focused on one staff member who expertly handled the pizzas and boxed them up as they came out of the oven. I was really impressed by his technique and concentration; it was a pleasure to watch. Both of my orders turned out delicious. Thank you! David, you should be very proud of your team.

I really love this Domino's! The delivery staff are fantastic. There was one occasion when they delivered the wrong order, but they quickly made it right by bringing me the correct one later that same day, so it all worked out. That's the only reason I gave them four stars instead of five. I just wish they would double-check apartment numbers so there aren’t any mix-ups. However, my experiences with them in person and over the phone have been wonderful — everyone has been so friendly and helpful. This is a great spot to get delicious pizza quickly and affordably! Even with the mix-up, it wasn't a huge issue; I just received my order a little later than expected. Overall, I’m grateful for Domino's and their hardworking team! God bless them and the franchise.
