Crumbl Cookies Rockville

Tried to purchase the cinnamon square but I couldn’t swipe my card and it was hard trying to figure out how to add it online. You have to go to Apple Pay and from there add another form of payment instead of it being listed outside of the Apple Pay menu. Square was ok, very messy to eat because it was in a box that was the exact size and that it was baked in so it’s hard to pick up and I didn’t see a fork. I think they should research the processes in this new rollout.

Crumbl is so creative, cute, and delicious! Every week with the new cookies, I find it so fun to check the menu and try some of them. I also really love how you can now get the mini cookies so you can try even more! Definitely worth stopping here to get a cookie, or two, or three ?

I 've been to 4 or 5 different Crumbl stores and the customer service at this location is great. I 'd ordered (as a cheer up gift) online and doordash delivered cookies to the wrong address. Contacted Crumbl Rockville and cookies were delivered to the correct address the same day! Friends loved the 6 different flavors..I highly recommend Crumbl!!!
