Stopped by here for a soup and sandwich for lunch. The staff is extremely friendly and created a great lunch!

The dining room here is beautifully renovated and the homemade food was excellent. Our host, Sid, was very welcoming and an interesting fellow. We enjoyed our fish and the meal is a great value. Highly recommended...though be sure they don't have a bus load in when you go!

What a great place. Four tables busy on a Thursday night, personal service from Sid and his wife, fresh fish menu choices. Portion names were large and cooked vegetables were a real treat. Dessert and coffee included in the price, highly recommended.

We had a reservation and were told on arrival that one was really only needed on Sundays when the tour bus comes in. We were greeted by Sid and told to sit wherever we'd like, since they weren't busy. Half the menu has to be pre-ordered and the other half, which is seafood, is always available. They had enough Jigg's Dinner so I was able to get an order and my wife had the seafood platter. Both were excellent and dessert was included. Staff was friendly and Sid regaled us with stories about the restaurant and surrounding area during our meal.

Our group likes this place so much that we ate here three times during our one week stay in Rocky Hourbour. The seafood was delicious and perfectly cooked, whether it be cod, halibut, salmon, or scallops. Either pan- fried, grilled or poached -- no deep frying! And the soups were wonderful, especially the corn chowder. Loved the homemade deserts too. And, to top it off, the owners and staff were so friendly and so much fun.
