Ninja Japanese Steak Sushi House

The food was fantastic, and the service was excellent. The hibachi performance was entertaining to watch. I highly recommend this place! The prices for both food and drinks are very reasonable, offering great value for your money!

We hadn't visited since it was called Asian Bistro, but we're glad to see that not much has changed. We made a reservation for New Year's Eve and ended up waiting an hour past our scheduled time, which is why I'm giving it four stars instead of five. However, the overall dining experience was excellent. The staff took great care of our large party of 16, ensuring we always had drinks and a good time. It's been a while since we've enjoyed a hibachi dinner, and it was a blast! They do charge an extra $2 for rice, which seems to be common these days. The portion we received was generous and heaped on our plates, unlike some reviews that noted it came on the side. Despite the long wait after our reservation, we will definitely return! I understand it's a busy night, but the purpose of making a reservation is to be seated at the scheduled time, especially since we had plans to go out after dinner.

I celebrated my birthday with 10 friends at the hibachi restaurant, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The drinks were both tasty and strong, and overall, the prices were quite reasonable. I especially love when the hibachi chef tosses vegetables and even squirts some into my mouth! I’ve been coming here for years and will definitely keep coming back. Live, laugh, love NINJA JAPAN! ❤️

We were not greeted when we walked in. The woman stayed on the phone and then walked away. Another woman came over and did not speak to us. She sat on the phone. When she was done she seated us. Did not say anything else to us. We waited 20min for someone to come to our table to take our order. When she finally came by to ask our drinks, I asked a simple question about a drink and she responded stating we weren't ready and she would come back because she needed to bring food to another table. My friend liked his steak and chicken meal while I thought the Thai basil chicken was okay. I wouldn't come back based off of the way we were treated. Whatever is in the miso soup was separating and moved around whenever the bowl was touched. I tried to get a clear picture of it.

Terrible customer service, missing items in order, unwilling to correct the wrong order or accommodate a refund. Would not recommend, Ginza and Edo Ichi in Wethersfield is 100% better and worth the extra 2 minute drive!
