Cook Out - Rocky Mount

The Cook Out in Rocky Mount has really declined. I had to wait over 40 minutes in line for a double cheeseburger combo. While my food was made correctly, the long wait was completely unacceptable. I certainly won't be returning anytime soon.

I used to work here, and the place is incredibly dirty—there's mold everywhere, no joke. I would give it zero stars if I could, but that's not an option.

Today, about 30 minutes ago, I attempted to order food, but ultimately decided to leave. I made four attempts to place my order. Twice, they assured me that I could go ahead, but then the lady on the line seemed confused and asked me to remind her of my last order, which only added to the confusion. Finally, a man picked up for the fourth attempt, but by that point, I felt it was pointless to continue, so I decided to walk away. On the bright side, there are plenty of other nearby restaurants with delicious food and, believe it or not, excellent service!

This place has some serious issues. From the poor customer service to the lackluster dining experience, I won't be bringing my children back here again.
