Additionally, I want to highlight the importance of hand washing, and I believe McDonald's is doing a great job in making this easy. The faucets are touchless, and even the soap can be dispensed with a simple wave under the spout. The powerful dryers help eliminate paper waste, and the added feature on the door means you don’t have to touch the handle. Stay safe!

I really hope they can sort out their operations. They mixed up the drive-thru lanes, leaving me waiting in a spot for over 15 minutes. When I finally went inside, they didn't even know what my order was or that I had been waiting!

This McDonald's is fast and usually gets my orders right. If there is a mistake, they promptly fix it without any hassle. It's definitely my favorite McDonald's in Rocky Mount, NC!

Typical McDonald's Restaurant. No problems. Service was fast and accurate. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional.

I waited in the drive-thru with no service, and I was the only car in line. The employee at the drive-thru was more focused on doing her nails.
