Kelsey Elizabeth’s Cakes

During my visit to the restaurant, I encountered a staff member who was quite rude and made me feel like I was being a burden when I politely requested that she label the flavors. I was aware that it was a big ask, so I approached her nicely. However, they only labeled a few of the flavors. Instead of helping, she suggested that I write down the flavors myself, claiming it would be easier. I don’t typically write reviews, and I genuinely feel uncomfortable sharing this one because the other employees were very friendly. There were no other customers in the shop, so it wasn't a busy time for them. I was simply very disappointed with the customer service.

I’m not exactly sure what sorcery is going on behind the scenes but these are the best macarons, birthday cakes and bakery goods I’ve ever had. The cake pops are to DIE for, macarons are soft and that buttercream is out of this world. Had the pleasure of having the sugar cookie birthday cake from here this weekend and needless to say I’m going to be coming out of this weekend a couple lbs heavier. You can tell these bakery goods are made with serious love and will always be my favorite dessert place!

Most amazing place for your sweet tooth. They have macarons in every flavor imaginable, the cakes cupcakes are a work of art and the cookies are delicious.

I want to give this location a 0...their customer service and ability to run things smoothly is horrible for the amount you pay for their items!!! Do NOT go here!

Perfect place to pick up a sweet or design a signature cake. They also have cute plates, candles, cards, and knick knacks!
