Ordered vegetable pad siew, not much veggie, and it is close to $10! noodle portion was reasonable, quite salty and taste weird. The "best" Thai Express pad siew is still the one at Market Mall. I thought it should be okay since I saw a long lineup but this lesson tells me I shouldn't trust the length of the line up anymore. Very very disappointed. My experiences tell me that Thai Express does not know how to manage the cooking skill and quality of their franchise stores, definitely going downhills.
