Tuam - RODENGO SAIANO

This is an unusual sort of off licence which does snacks. The room is full of wines just like an off licence but we were directed here by Zani Viaggi from Milan who ran our tour to the Franciacorta Outlet and to visit a vineyard. Lunch was simple a large platter of Italian salami, prociutto di parma and pancetta served with great bread and a glass of Franciacorta Sparkling Wine which easily beats the average Prosecco on quality.

Nowadays we choose always Tuam as our favourite place to have lunch at Fanciacorta. They have nice place and service with atmosphere that gives you good feeling. Dishes are not too heavy, so you have energy to continue shopping

HI if you are interested in tasting and buying Franciacorta wine, this is one of the best places. Of course it is more attractive to visit winery and buy directly there, but during a shopping session at the outlet village is a good chance to taste Franciacorta e buy from more than one producer. The price is comparable and in some cases even less than when you buy directly at wineyard.

Bel posticino, si presenta con possibilità di sedersi sia all'esterno che interno del locale. All' interno pochi tavoli rispetto che all'esterno) Siamo andati ad orario aperitivo e abbiamo preso due bicchieri di vino costo intorno agli 8 euro l'uno) e insieme ci hanno portato un vassoio con quattro stuzzichini e una ciotola di patatine. Personale normale.

Dopo lo shopping una pausa x pranzo. Eravamo in 3. Buon cibo, consiglio Pinsa Merano, Pinsa Parma e tagliere misto. Buona anche la birra artigianale Curtense. Un grazie x la gentilezza, simpatia e professionalità a Francesca e Giacomo. 23/07/2023
