Cici's Pizza-rogers

Where should I begin? We visited this restaurant three times, and each time I was disappointed with the experience. There's rarely anyone at the register when you need assistance, and the staff often has a negative attitude. The food is never served hot or fresh. Unless you specifically ask, they won’t suggest anything new; it’s usually the same type of pizza that’s already been picked over. The croutons are consistently stale, and the pasta appears undercooked and dried out. I tried a dessert two days ago, and we all sampled the pepperoni and BBQ chicken—some combination that tasted a bit off. As you can imagine, we ended up feeling unwell that night. We definitely won’t be returning.

I was very disappointed with my visit. We arrived at 8:30 on a Saturday night and by 10:00, they had already stacked the chairs on the tables. Half of the food bar was closed, and there were only two pizza options available. The staff didn't seem attentive, so we struggled to get anything else. Other customers, including my party, were rushing to the counter whenever something new was brought out, only to find it was the same limited options as before. The cheese bread that finally came out was overcooked. I wanted to treat a new family member to one of my favorite places, but I was let down. Unfortunately, I had to pay full price for such a poor experience.

The staff were very professional and welcoming. They promptly replaced any pizza that ran out, and every pizza looked fresh and appealing. If you're interested in custom pizzas, they also offer that option. The service was incredibly fast, and the restaurant itself was impressively clean—basically immaculate!

The Rogers Cicis Pizza is a clean facility with decent buffet flow, but the pizza options are limited to 5 or 7 offers at a time. The last time I was there, the hot soup at the buffet was more broth than anything else, but still tasty. The salad consists of the standard iceberg salad, various shrimp and some popular salad dresses. Noodles with Alfredo or red sauce are available at the buffet and you can generally request a certain type of pizza.

With minimum staff they did a great job of making sure everyone was taken care of. You may have to wait on someone for just a few minutes but the food was all good. I will definitely return to eat there. A great value as well.
