Bidra med feedbackThe young lady working there ran out of meatballs after putting two on the second sandwich. She went to the refrigerator to get more and started adding them to the sandwich. I warned her that they wouldn't heat up properly, but she insisted they would. I allowed her to proceed, and after she put them in the oven, they didn't warm up at all. When I pointed out that they were cold, she argued that they were lukewarm. When I asked for the manager's number, the store number, or her name, she didn't provide any of that information and was not wearing a name tag. I then contacted the district manager, who promised to address the issue and sent me a couple of full-sized sandwich coupons in return for the problem I encountered. Unfortunately, I never received them, despite being assured by the district manager. However, I had a much better experience at the Subway in Lowell, where the staff genuinely cared about their jobs and made us good sandwiches. I have visited that location before and always had a positive experience. So, I would rate the Subway in Lowell 4 stars, but I definitely would not return to the one on 2nd Street. That's my review.
When five more customers came in, they exchanged looks and the girl eating rolled her eyes before reluctantly putting down her food to assist. Unfortunately, they didn’t give me the right amount of meat on my sandwich, and I felt like I was inconveniencing them. The overall atmosphere felt unsanitary, and I definitely won’t be returning.
I went to Subway today and ordered a sub. A girl prepared it for me, but then left it out for about five minutes, and flies got all over it.
They closed down :
It was really good as usual
