Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Rolla

We have used Dickey's BBQ for our catering needs for several alumni events for our fraternity and they have exceeded our expectations every time! Very caring and considerate staff as well as timely and clean presentations of the food. Our alumnihave praised the food quality every time!

First time visitor Monday May 16 with my bestie. I ordered the brisket burnt ends with fries and slaw. The photo is the amount of meat that was inedible. That?s what I threw away. So dry I couldn?t chew it. AndI felt so bad because my friend had paid forit! Also, my fries never came so I had to go ask for them. There were only 3 tables with people so they weren?t very busy andI couldn?t believe we were forgotten. The guy did bring me a double order of fries and apologized, however they wereundercooked and limp so I didn?t eat them either. Very disappointed. The rolls are a joke. Would have been a 1 star review butmy friend got the pork burnt end and she said they were good, and the restaurant was clean.

I recently had my first experience at Dickey's, and I have to say, the barbecue was excellent. The ribs were perfectly cooked and fell right off the bone, while the wings were tender and juicy. Surprisingly, during the dinner rush on Black Friday, there wasn’t much foot traffic, but the place was clean and well-maintained. Unlike other restaurants, where you might find a few messy or rundown tables, here everything was spotless and in good condition. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves BBQ!

This meal cost me under $40, and it was both delicious and served quickly. The warm BBQ sauces are fantastic; my favorite is the spicy one. I was really impressed by the jalapeño cheddar sausage—it was incredibly flavorful and tasty. I would highly recommend this place!

We always enjoy our visits to Dickey's. The food is delicious and fairly priced, but the highlight is the complimentary ice cream served in bowls or cones with dinner. It’s truly fantastic ice cream!
