Panera Bread - Rolla

I just went through the drive-thru, and my order was incorrect. I went inside to let them know, and they refunded my money. I got to keep the old sandwich, received a new sandwich, and also got two rolls for my soup. The customer service was excellent! I really appreciate it!

I just delivered lunch to the University of Trent Monk, and I must say, the service was fantastic. The young man who assisted me truly exemplified great customer service. In a time when many are quick to leave negative comments, it's important to acknowledge and praise excellent service when it occurs. Kudos to Panera Bread for having staff like him. They should hire more people with his positive attitude!

We're on a coastal drive, and it's fantastic to enjoy the stunning views in the areas where we stop to eat.
