Da Emilio - Rom

We went for dinner our last night in Italy and what a shame to go so late. The food was delicious, we ordered Rigatoni all'Amatriciana and pesto pasta. The house wine is also very good. The staff is very friendly, it is a very cozy place. If we return to Rome we will stop by here for sure. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

We enjoyed one of the best meals we had in Rome at Da Emilios . This family run restaurant was a pleasant surprise being so close to our AIRBNB rental. We met the entire family from Mom cooking in the kitchen, to Dad coming out to the table several times during the meal to be sure everything was good, to the brothers waiting the tables. We were told by the family that their Roman Artichokes (Carciofi alla Romana) were the best in Rome. This was confirmed by us after trying them at several other restaurant's after trying theirs...none came close !
