Perfect location, excellent rooftop bar/restaurant. And staff were fantastic.

Great hotel, to be enjoyed if you are looking for elegance and class service.

Very nice position itself, once in life you can do. I went on the terrace for an aperitif and 3 of our drinks took an hour and a half! and they were not even full, but for 20€ of cocktail I expected more attention to people.

The michelin star deserves only the wine cellar, with a proper choice of wines. The restaurant, however, is good without particular excellence both in the idea and in the realization of the dishes. For a risotto cacio and pepper, of good bill but without ideas, I think you can not talk about starry cuisine. the rest of the paper, beyond the names, is flat and without imagination. I could define a restaurant “touristic” of good quality. My experience, however, has been penalized by two serious errors, one in the realization of the dishes and the other in the service. The famous “pollo alle due culture”, an iconic dish of the local, was uncooked with bleeding parts near the bones; left out on the dish because unmangiabile, no one apologized for the obvious error. As for the service, after booking, I called to warn that it was my twin children's birthday and I would have requested a small birthday cake. the receptionist assured me that they would bring to surprise at the end of the service a small cake with candle; in recommending me to prepare this cake, he told me to stay calm because she was twin and there would be no problem. The surprise, however, I had it at the end of the service when they forgot to bring the cakes and for the first time, after many years, we celebrated on birthday without cake: bad service. I conclude by pointing out that the “small pastry” , which usually closes dinner in the loaves of a certain level, was completely disappointing: a small panzerotto with ricotta and nothing more. I certainly did not expect the fabulous “sign” of pastry that lead from heinz beck, but two chocolates maybe yes. In short, a good restaurant with an elastane star with too much ease. Would I come back? No thanks!

Atmosphere 9, location 9, service 10, food 8. All great, but it's not the best star restaurant I've had. I expected a little more originality in the expression and composition of the dish. excellent wine pairing.
