Bidra med feedbackAs someone who worked here, I can say that this store, and the one located off of I-10 is owned by someone who has no care in the world for anyone but himself. I was told with 2 days notice that I was losing my job, because bills weren’t paid for the location and everything was made out to be like business as usual. While the food was good, learning about someone’s true colors whom I had worked very closely with for nearly 2 years has soured any chance of any other locations receiving business from me in the future.
They need to upgrade retrain and rehire these children are in here playing with people's food. I pay for my food and the staff is sooo immature. Maybe I ordered to much for them to handle. One pizza, Wings and Cheese sticks come now. Not to mention they couldn't pay attention long enough to think I would want all of my dishes together at one time. Pizza Served Cheese Sticks cooking while the Wings are getting cold. Not worth another visit that's for sure.
Some of the worst pizza I've ever had. It was barely edible the next day when I heated up my leftovers in the oven and I ended up throwing the rest of the pizza away. 2 stars because the salad was good and a good price.
Woodlands is over saturated with pizza shops and I 'll be honest, most places are all about the same--from mod pizza, Marcos, pepperoni, dominos, Pizza Hut, etc. That said, 1000 is probably the most artisanal tasting pizza in the area and if you like Neapolitan style, this is probably one of the better spots. The pizzas are cooked in a brick oven so you get a nice char on the crust and adds to the Smokey flavor. The pizzas are generally light and airy which stays true to Neapolitan.I 've I noticed several reviews complaining about the pizzas being overcooked or burnt. I think that 's unfair feedback since a true Neapolitan is supposed to be charred. I think the comments that complained about the burntness came from those that are used to eating commercial pizza (I.E. Pizza Hut, Papa John 's, Domino 's, etc. . I don 't mean that in an elitist perspective, just an observation.I also tried the wings, but they were okay. They were dry and lacked in flavor. I recommend if your looking for an easy spot for Neapolitan pizza.
Terrible customer service. Called ahead to ask if they had dairy-free cheese. Was put on hold so the confused person answering the phone could go ask if they did. Was told “we have vegan cheese”.20 min later we arrive and are ordering, only to be told they don’t have vegan cheese. Told the person at the counter we had just called about it and he just stared at us blankly. No apology, no “would you like anything else” just shrug and silence. I get how someone might think it’s idiotic to ask for dairy free cheese at a pizza place, but it’s simple- don’t offer it if you don’t carry it.
