Sub Zero Ice Cream New Caney

First time ever. Been wanting to try the experience with my boys for few years now. The only person working did an amazing job! She was busy made our ice cream that was delicious! The part that gets 3 stars is about the location. Had Tons of out of stock items smelt like a nail salon. We traveled 30 minutes to try this btw.

They literally were out of everything ! Ice cream was yummy but could not order anything close to what I like. Chocolate and fudge and waffle cones were not available

Usually a fan of this place. However, on this particular visit I was not. Half of the flavors and mix-ins were not available. Waffle cones were not available. Also not accepting cash, unless you had exact change or you must pay with credit card. Don't know what is going on with this place, but something is up. I get the feeling they are trying to sell.

Customer service was great but the portions of ice cream are very small. I asked for a regular size and I got a very small portion. If I had compressed the ice cream into the cup, it would have been only a third of the cup. So disappointing.Another issue is that they are always short on supplies. So I won't coming back tothis place.

We go in to give thekids a treat after eating g at Buffalo Wild Wings and they are out of EVERYTHING....chocolate, strawberry, berries, and everything else.
