Ihop - Rome

Eating (former) was agitated and pancakes. that had not tasted much. a slim jim has much more taste and snap to it than the 2 tiny sausage left I had. service was good and the waitress was friendly. that's my first time I was at ihop. they are in the regular on the point with the food, but I was somehow disappointed by the time round.

Eating was good, but if paid money to find out server came back that they don't wear loose change and asked if this is okay after they handed us our entrance. I don't know if it's true or if it's just our change. there is no sign that they need an exact change or that they do not carry a loose change. she needed 10 minutes to find a manager to get my military rebate on my jack. will not be back to this place.

From the dead we ordered until everything on the table was 45 minite. others came in after they had eaten her and went while we were waiting. my man and I ordered both omeletts. when we got them, they were extremely boiled and very dried out the filling was almost unexistent. the pancakes were excellent. very disappointed. we travel a lot and stop at ihop because we can depend on the rule of good food and service. not this one

I understand that it can get busy, but we waited for 15 minutes without being acknowledged, even though several employees walked by and saw us. It felt like our presence wasn’t welcome. We ended up going across the street to a new breakfast spot where the staff was friendly, and we definitely plan to return there often! Thank you to the staff at IHOP!

I was the third African American at the restaurant, which was quite crowded. I noticed that people who arrived after me were getting their food before I did. I ended up waiting 47 minutes for my meal. It’s common knowledge that if you complain about your food before it arrives, it could be tampered with, leading to potential illness. On top of that, the coffee was bitter, so I had to request a fresh canister. However, once my food finally arrived, it was absolutely delicious.
