Bidra med feedbackTypically LOVE this location but tonight their GM decided to handle drive thru representing his poor sense of customer service, interrupting us as we spoke couldn't even say what drink we wanted.. when we tried to finish he said ok now that you're finishedrambling!!! And attempted to restart the order. Rudest person I have dealt with.
Over the past few weeks, ordered the same meal three times. First time, stale biscuit, no fork or napkins, no receipt, and drink (asked for no ice) only 2.3 full. Second time, all okay except again no receipt and costing 65 cents more than thirdvisit today for the exact same meal (which DID provide a receipt. Can't balk about being overcharged when not given a receipt.
I highly advise against ordering food from this place. Unfortunately, this is not my first negative experience—I've faced many. I tried to give it a chance after months, but the same problems keep occurring. They consistently serve me cold food, the wrong items, and lukewarm soda, every single time. When I voice my complaints, the service is unhelpful and dismissive. This KFC really needs to be shut down; the employees are unprofessional, and the food is both underwhelming and cold. They seem unable to follow simple orders. I've never had issues at any other KFC—only here. Save yourself the disappointment and don't order from this location; you'll regret it.
I wasn't greeted when I arrived. In fact, the employee at the front left without even inquiring what I needed. I stood at the counter while the staff were eating French fries and joking around. I had to say "Hello," and then wait, say "Hello" again, and wait some more until someone finally came to assist me. The floor was dirty, and the counters were messy. This was on November 9, 2022, at 3:33 PM.
I really enjoyed my experience! The staff is friendly, and the food is excellent. I've never received the wrong order, and the overall atmosphere of the place is fantastic. While it does take a bit of time to get your food, they do their best to be as quick as possible. I give it a 5/5! Great job!
