Krispy Kreme - Rome

I visited this morning to pick up three dozen donuts for an event, and I was very impressed with the warm reception I received. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with smiles, and the positive atmosphere continued as I left. I believe the staff member's name was Tony, and he was exceptionally kind. He managed the shift beautifully, and it was clear that he took great pride in his role, moving around the store with confidence and friendliness.

Listen, i?m a Krispy Kreme girl through and through. i LOVE their coffee and their donuts are always fantastic, but this location ruins it for me. I kid you not, I?ve been told, ?Sorry, we?re out of donuts.? or ?Sorry, we?re out of coffee? more times than i?ve actually ever purchased anything from here. I understand that every once in a while, a sudden rush of business will leave you understocked on products. But the fact that it happens almost EVERY TIME I try and get something is ridiculous. I?ve never seen a fast food restaurant so poorly prepped. Spend the extra $5 and get something from Starbucks down the road instead. This place isn?t worth it.

They where definitely packed and had a few choices, I was hoping for Bavarian cream filled glazed donut or powdered Bavarian cream filled but they only carried Bavarian filled chocolate covered , so that made me sad? but the original glazed donut was fresh, warm ,so soft it was hard to resist eating on my diet and me and my family ate the whole box, I?m ashamed?? I do believe they have some delicious treats

I've visited this place four times this year hoping to enjoy a frozen latte, but each time, I've been told that the machine is broken. Mr. Owner, if there was no work order submitted for the machine being out of order at 9:05 PM on 10/21/22, then your employees are missing out on sales. Conversely, if there is a work order, you're the one missing out on revenue. Either way, KKD Corporate needs to address this problem. If I wanted to hear the same excuse at every food establishment I visit, I'd just go to McDonald's. @Google, there should be a ZERO star option for situations where one star feels too generous.

Cold Hard Donuts. They tasted like they are extras from the day before. They need more fun options and more fresh baked donuts. I recommend the Strawberry glazed donuts. Very nice staff members
