Moe's Original B Que - Rome

My husband ordered a pulled pork sandwich that he devoured and described as excellent. I was a bit worried about him getting heartburn since he tends to have issues with that, but luckily, it didn't affect him. Interestingly, the BBQ was not greasy like many others tend to be. We also decided to share a banana pudding for dessert, which was unique. It had a light, fluffy texture that felt like a blend of pudding and whipped topping—delicious and unlike any banana pudding I had ever tried. We definitely plan on returning!

This place is fantastic! The food is delicious and the prices are great! Both the indoor and outdoor dining areas are spotless, and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone—you'll want to come back again and again! Absolutely a 10-star experience!

I’m a huge BBQ lover, and this place absolutely exceeded my expectations! The BBQ had incredible flavor, and the baked beans were just as perfect. The coleslaw was a little dry for my taste, but I added some pepper sauce and enjoyed it on my sandwich. My mom had the mahi fish tacos, which were amazing, along with the best collard greens I’ve ever had. The sweet tea was spot on as well. A fellow patron noticed how excited I was about the food and offered me a taste of the crispy pork skin, which was delicious! The charming bartender was not only friendly but also very knowledgeable. I can’t wait to come back for more!

Off the chain! My wife and I are major BBQ critics, and I have been all over the country driving an eighteen wheeler and checking out some of the finest BBQ you can get. MOE'S is hands down in my top 5. If you want real smoked meat, great made from scratch sides, and some of the best in class georgia sweet tea (not syrup actual tea) coupled with a fantastic location and a full bar on the river, you need to get down to Moe's. 5 all the way! Awesome job Moe's
