Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I would like to share my experience at Zaxby’s. I had never eaten there before, but coincidentally, my sister is the manager. I mentioned to her that it was my first time visiting, and I wasn't sure what to order. She offered to help me out. While looking at the menu, I noticed the salads and thought I should mention that I had seen them offered there.

I ordered a Bix-Zack-Snack with mild sauce, and when I got home, I found it wasn’t what I expected! The young kids working there seemed more focused on their phones than on customer service. When I asked for an extra sauce that I had paid for, they acted annoyed, as if I was interrupting their phone time. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I visited the restaurant at Turner McCall recently, and my experience was quick and enjoyable. The woman at the window was very friendly. I look forward to returning in the near future.

Even if the drive thru is backed up to the road the line moves quickly. Food is always hot and delicious!
