Small, a little dark, with some table outside a street without traffic. good reception by the owner, equipment of the minimalist tables with a menu with few proposals not only of the Roman culinary tradition and some interesting dishes of the day. the dishes are all expressed and waiting times in the norm. good mixed appetizer based on meats and cheeses to follow a delicate truffle cutter (white) and as sweet a discreet cheesecake with the fruits of the wood. all accompanied by a glass of chianti wine (2020.) I can not say I haven’t eaten well even if for example the glass of wine as some dishes out of the menu have prices that in my modest notice are a little high. the price quality ratio becomes correct taking into account the applied discounts

Good carbonara, I asked for a mixed vegetables and made me pay a dish with 3 types of vegetables in very small quantities without telling me that I would pay the dish 18€ as if I had taken three single contours.
