We just received our new hand towels, and I couldn't be happier! The order arrived incredibly quickly and was perfectly packed, with fabric paper placed between each towel. The quality is fantastic, and it was a great value for the price. We also appreciated the updates we received throughout the ordering and delivery process. Plus, we enjoyed free shipping from Hampshire to Devon! I highly recommend this business; it remains my favorite!

Recently bought a leather sofa by bradbeers. quality was excellent, but we immediately noticed a bad choice of hard-blown leather on one of the seats of the manufacturer often a gray area. I was thrilled by bradbeers customer service during the review and then the solution of the problems. replacement recently received. I personally find this customer service rare. bradbeers will continue to be our preferred furniture business based on quality, credibleness and value for money.

I enjoy takeout, but I also love dining in at this restaurant. Their cream tea is fantastic! The last time I visited, I simply placed my order, but this time, a lady offered to assist me with my choices. I mentioned that I hadn’t done that before and wanted to change my order, but she insisted on helping. I did notice that the preserves have been changed to smaller pots, which I think is a great improvement. However, I did feel a bit uncomfortable with the long wait for a table. I believe there should be a sign indicating the wait and the staff's availability to help, as it seemed like others were unsure as well. Additionally, I feel the restaurant could benefit from a little makeover to brighten up the space, as it currently appears somewhat tired and dark.

I must say that the customer service here is exceptional. The day before my sofa delivery, I received a phone call from them. On the day of delivery, two very friendly gentlemen arrived right on time at 10:30 AM. They not only delivered the sofas but also took the packaging away with them. The sofas are well made too!

Every aspect of Bradbeers Store deserves a five-star rating, from the restaurant to the clothing, makeup, homeware, and shoes. The staff are efficient and friendly, making it the best store in Hampshire. The buyer for the clothing department is outstanding.
