We had a great lunch today, chili con carni on jacket kartoffel best ever! the young enjoyed sailing their modellyachts on the pond, but had to pack early as it was soouo hot. x

Great staff who are really helpful even in these difficult times. Very friendly and the coffee shop, which is small, is great. Well worth visiting. Remember to wear your face covering to protect everyone.

I am a regular Hilliers customer, as was my Mother before me. It is local and one can usually rely on the quality of their plants trees. In fact, my OH has just picked a bucket of delicious damsons from a young tree we bought from Hilliers two years ago. And I am growing a healthy crop of round cabbages, sprouts and black kale from the last of the vegetable plugs on sale 3 or 4 months ago. Ace shop. My favourite.

This garden centre is mostly well maintained..the only thing that still disappoints me is that they evicted the fish shop and have not reused the space..which was what was given as a reason for eviction.. I am sure there are 2 sides to a story but it would be good if that corner could be put to use. Friendly helpful staff, well stocked with equipment and good quality plants
