I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent dining experience at your restaurant. I had high hopes for an enjoyable meal, but unfortunately, there were several issues that left me dissatisfied. Firstly, the excessive saltiness in the food was quite overwhelming. Almost every dish I ordered seemed to be overly salty, making it difficult to enjoy the flavors. Moreover, the water served was not cold, which was rather surprising and quite unpleasant. The unfriendly service added to the overall negative experience. The staff seemed disinterested and distant, failing to provide the welcoming and attentive service that I had expected. The culinary disappointments continued with an undercooked steak. It was not prepared to the desired level of doneness and ended up being chewy and tough. Additionally, the grilled vegetables were also excessively salty, and the fries were both oily and overcooked, resulting in an unpleasant texture. The most disappointing part was the pizza, which appeared to be overcooked and hard, almost as if it had been reheated from an old batch. This made it extremely difficult for my children to eat, and they were left quite unsatisfied. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the accumulation of these issues greatly impacted our dining experience. As a loyal customer, I hope that you take this feedback seriously and consider addressing these shortcomings to ensure that future patrons can enjoy a better dining experience at your establishment.

The restaurant has an high quality and fresh seafood. Dishes are prepared in detail and they are very tasty. We took as entrees seafood salad and a salmon&avocado tartare. As main course, my girlfriend took dumplings filled with scallops and shrimps, seasoned with monkfish, tomatoes and saffron. After trying the main course, she changed her mind about seafood! Nice and prepared staff. Suggested.

Food was incredibly tasty. Best food on our Italy trip. Very recommended! Hope to visit you soon again

Historical restaurant on the lake of vico, pleasant the local, great location especially in summer. Interesting menu and wine list. definitely good dumplings with porcini mushrooms with hazelnut granella. average high price. the staff is courteous and efficient.
