Bidra med feedbackWe had the vegetarian dish with potato fritters on mixed sauce vegetables. Very pleasant. The waiting staff was friendly and attentive.
The most beautiful views and a stunning large dining room await you for a really delicious castle festival. This very rustic restaurant offers fantastic meals for lunch and dinner. As a tip try the huge selection of cakes made in the house. Our waitress, who has been enslaved in this castle for the last 27 years, was simply fantastic and added to our already wonderful culinary experience. The restaurant has a number of venues, from a private dining room with open fireplace for 10-30 guests to a large hall that will take up to 300 guests to the famous castle festivals. There is also for the warmer days a large half outdoor area where you can drink and eat as a knight would have done. There are many parking spaces and also the main castle can be visited. Closed Monday and Tuesday.
This castle is such an amazing place. Make sure you can get it when there are festivals going and it will make you feel as if you traveled back in time. The demonstrations are so realistic, the games so much fun and the...food simply complete the overall experience. My time was always enjoyed and never had bad experiences with service or prices. Would like to go back if I get the chance.
We enjoyed our lunch under the trees in Ronneburg Castle. The children loved their carvings with fries and the ice cream for dessert. The adults had the Rumpsteak, the Schinitzel, the wild boar with sparrow and the pork medallions. Hearty food and large portions....The beer on tap was ice cold and delicious. The children played in the courtyard before the food arrived. Very pleasant.
