Roosevelt Resort

The customer service of the Resort staff was great. The rental house was well prepped and cleaned for us. There is definitely some repairs needing done here and there. It is a great functional space, but I would not describe it as luxurious. The overallexperience for the price was good enough to where we think we will return. However we really wish they hadn’t sold therestaurant, because the current service and food quality was not very good at all, the two times we tried to eat there. Edit:After the response from the owner I have raised my review to four stars. I appreciate their professionalism and service.

I had a delightful experience at this restaurant! The staff was friendly, the rooms were tidy, and next door there is a bar with a kitchen serving delicious food and fun games. They also have a great selection of drinks to enjoy.

During a storm, the restaurant suffered a flood and lost power throughout the night. Although this was not a major concern, we did encounter a serious issue with either fleas or bedbugs in the establishment. As a result, we were bitten all over our bodies. Additionally, there was a lack of hot water and water entirely on one day, and the shower provided a weak stream. Overall, this was not a pleasant experience for us.

Went to the Resort this past March. Have 3 days booked for2023 can't wait to go back. Staff is so accommodating and resort is clean has a great pond for fishing! Ducks geese too!! (Please don't feed them sourdough bread products tho! They will diequickly due to sourdough expanding in their bodies they suffocate.
