Bidra med feedbackGood coffee and pastries; but service people will need to be friendlier; the customer nowadays is very sensitive to friendliness. The German way of service needs to be much improved; if it is such a hot day like the day I have visited, and I alsk the captain if they can turn the A/C on, the reply should be nice and friendly, even if you cannot start it for any reason. Be a bit more American while serving, you will make much more money, : ; thanks anyway!
