Bunmee Bay - Rosebud

I tried the rice with mock chicken and it was good, but the banh mi was absolutely amazing. We ordered one of each flavor - duck, chicken, and pork - and they were all delicious and flavorful. They also offer three vegan bubble tea flavors: brown sugar, strawberry, and Vietnamese avocado smoothie.

If you're looking for something fancy, this may not be the place for you. However, if you're searching for a genuine, welcoming, hidden gem that offers delicious Vietnamese food with plenty of fresh vegan options, then this restaurant is a winner. It can be a bit tricky to locate, but just keep an eye out for Dimmies behind the main street and it's right next door. For just $9.50, you can enjoy a Vegan Banh mi packed with crispy fried gluten, fried tofu, salad, pickled vegetables, herbs, and spicy chili that packs a punch. This is hands down the best vegan spot in Rosebud.

I have visited this restaurant several times and the food is consistently fresh and delicious. I have tried the rice paper rolls, pho, and vermicelli bowl, all of which were excellent. I definitely plan on becoming a regular customer here.
