North Forty Beer - Roseburg

Beer is good as are the ciders but the food is mediocre at best. The food really has gone down hill which is sad since it's a great downtown location use to be a fun place to gather with friends or watch a game while enjoying some food. We still stop in from time to time we just don't order food anymore.

Service was great. I liked the beer and cider. However, the food was the worst restaurant food I've ever had. My wife had a California Sandwich. The bread was cold, dry and stale. I had a French Dip. The meat was lukewarm and flavorless, the onions were undercooked and the Au jus was greasy and flavorless. The high point were the fries. They were good Next time, beers, appetizers and dinner elsewhere.

Do you like expensive beer and junk food? What about homeless people and the smell of cigarettes? Do you like loud, echoey, bassy rooms? Cops pulling people over outside? What about loud annoying people that come so they can get attention? If those things sound great, then this is the place for you!

My family and I wanted to go out somewhere else after I brought my parents to a new home. We found North 40 on the line and decided to try it. What a cool place! The beer was excellent and the food was also! In addition, Mathew was a super cool dood. Very beaten and helpful. Thank you very much, we will be absolutely back.

It has a very wonderful atmosphere as soon as you walk in! It had a great band playing. The service was stellar for it being a very happening and busy place, food and drink orders were out in a very timely fashion! I'll be coming back regularly! Fantastic food, especially the green chile burger!
