The food is consistently excellent. They serve the best hamburgers and fries, and their corn dogs are fantastic!

I was ready to leave when the server finally mentioned that the ice creams were on the way. They seemed to overlook the fact that our neighbor was missing part of their order. My family was quite upset and vowed never to return. We plan to share our experience with friends, relatives, and coworkers about the consistently long wait times and the issues we witnessed. Having worked in fast food myself, I always made sure my customers were satisfied and received their complete orders. It amazes me that this restaurant is still in business given their poor treatment of customers with such long waits and incomplete orders. My advice is to seek out a place that can provide good burgers or similar fare in a reasonable timeframe instead.

I've been a loyal fan for over 40 years, and I have a suggestion. Consider elevating the quality of your food. Perhaps you could even add an outdoor barbecue. I believe many of your longtime customers would be willing to pay for improved quality. Just a thought!
