Slowest drive trough ever. I waited over 15-18min with only 4 cars in front of me and I saw they handed over 1 or 2 coffees soooo : I’m done with this place Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This was insane... The drinks and food were fine and tasty but the wait time was LITERALLY 12 MINUTES, To make things worse this made me late for my piano recital! Oh also they made my drink wrong 2 times.

Made my drink all wrong. The cashier/barista Karrigan had an attitude that was very unwelcoming and wasn’t really attentive with my order. I observed and noticed with other customers she was greeting them and asking for their name for their order and more friendly. I think it was some discrimination in play. Unfortunately I will not be coming back and I’ll just stick with the Schaumburg-Roselle road location. Service: Take out
