Jersey Mike's Subs - Rosemead

Today was my first and last visit. Why? There were very few vegetable and topping options to choose from. My sandwich was meant to come with two meat toppings, but since my server didn't know how to slice the meat, I only received one pre-sliced option. I was still charged $9.75 plus tax for a 6-inch sandwich. The lettuce was just shredded and lacked freshness—basically a filler with no value.

The staff here is doing a wonderful job! They are very friendly, and my sandwich was absolutely delicious!

This past Sunday at around 4:30 PM, they had run out of tuna. This isn't the first time it's happened; they often seem to run out of something, whether it's bread or another item. It's 4:30 PM—can't they just make more bread? I've noticed that it's always the same staff working, which makes me wonder if this gives them an excuse to do nothing for the last four hours since they close at 9 PM.

Amazing place and customer service! I order lots of giants this past weekend for my company with a short notice of time. My food was ready on time and my order was 100% very satisfying. Thank you!

I hate making bad reviews, but man this will be my first and last time here. Their were 2 males working and the place was empty. They were friendly but the place was a mess! Counters had sticky soda on them, my cup he gave me had lint at the bottom. Ilooked behind the counter while grabbing my drink and the floor was filthy! It just grossed me out. Just makes me feel like mysandwich is gross.
