Arby's - Roseville

The big girl who works today the drive-dru window is very rude. 2x ignored me closing the window in my face when I asked for sauce. it must go back in the back when it has a problem with customers asking for a simple question.

My sandwich was fresh which was very nice , but my jalapeno poppers had been sitting for a while which made me sad. I traveled quite a distance because I was craving those poppers next time before I order will inquire have they been sitting or are they fresh ijs.

I have never experienced any issues with my orders at this restaurant. I do wish the establishment would consider reintroducing potato cakes to the menu.

We decided to get Arby’s this evening for dinner. I got to the drive thru at approximately 6:15 pm and the line was rather long as is expected on a Friday. But it moved along pretty quickly and the girl who took my order (a Reuben, medium fry, 2 roast beef sandwiches, and a turkey sandwich kids meal with a chocolate milk) was very friendly. I got my order and started heading home and that’s when I realized the kids meal had a roast beef sandwich, not turkey, and the bottle of chocolate milk was absolutely disgusting, to say the least. It was opened already and half gone. Pic to show how I received the milk. Mistakes happen, but who in the world thought it would be okay to put a used dirty milk in the bag with the food?? ?

I adore the crispy fish sandwich at Arby's. I always customize it and the restaurant does a fantastic job every time!
