Bidra med feedbackIt has been a week since I emailed the owner with no response after a disappointing experience at this Caribou location last Saturday at 11:00 am. Despite it not being busy and no one behind us in line, I ordered an iced handcrafted press but received a hot one instead. When I asked for it to be remade, the barista seemed annoyed and defensive, even rolling her eyes. I was taken aback by the negative energy and lack of customer service, as I have never had such a reaction to a drink mistake at any other coffee shop.
The service was under zero stars. the woman on the counter. I want to call this place. real person complaint. this cannot post to keep 5 stars up there. this woman is the same woman in the other complaining. it is obvious that caribou does not want to do anything about these women. the best action we can take is to make business with dieucks. she tried to feel wrong about something I asked in the MY drink.
This is our go-to spot for Caribou coffee! While it may be smaller and a bit older compared to other locations, the staff is always fantastic. I love that our drinks are consistently delicious and they always have fun daily trivia to enjoy.
This restaurant does not have a drive-thru, even though it is advertised as having one.
They employ people who like to harass others. All I needed to see is where she works to know that I'll never be going to this Caribou or any other for that matter. I can cancel too. She publicly shamed me so I'm returning the favor. Teresa Lynn, take a bow. This is what accountability looks like.
