Cattlemen's - Roseville

I took my daughter out for a rare daddy-daughter date night at Cattleman's, and it did not disappoint. The service was exceptional. We were greeted by a gentleman named Edward, who escorted us to our table. You couldn't ask for a nicer person; he was warm and friendly to my daughter, making us feel right at home. Our server, Michael, was equally impressive. He welcomed us promptly and took care of our drinks and appetizers without delay. I have a specific way of ordering my steak, and Michael handled it perfectly without missing a beat. He checked on us regularly to ensure we had plenty of food and drinks. The 2-pound sirloin was cooked to perfection and was absolutely delicious. Overall, we had a wonderful dining experience, making Cattleman's my favorite steakhouse. I highly recommend it!

This is a wonderful restaurant! It’s very clean, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is perfect for a romantic dinner or a celebration, offering plenty of space for both without feeling intrusive. The food is excellent, without a doubt! I highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be back.

We've been visiting Cattlemen for many years, usually for special occasions. Lately, it’s been harder to gather the family for birthday celebrations, so this time my husband and I went alone. He really missed the place. The service has always been friendly, and the restaurant is consistently clean. This time, I decided to try something different and ordered the steak and lobster. It was excellent! I found myself wishing for more lobster. On our last visit, we arrived a bit late—after 8:00—because I had a long day at work. They came to check on us, and I wondered where they were headed, as we were seated in the back corner.

I love Cattlemen... The food that the service was impeccable to say the least. Our waitress was brilliant and on everything. The atmosphere was perfect and when we sat down, it felt like we were just... Therefore we loved to come here. the stands, the layout, there are you intimate food. It was busy, of course you could hear that others were happy, but in our booth it was us. We could hear us, we are able to only enjoy the evening together. The appetizer was delish, and the steaks were perfectly cooked to our likes. That was definitely a wonderful night for dinner, we'll be back soon.

First class! Our Bacon Wrapped shrimp showed up right after we ordered it! So we were able to enjoy that with our drinks while waiting on our steaks! And the steaks were amazing! My Porterhouse was perfect! Medium rare and delicious! My wife's New York was also perfect! The Scotch was a generous pour, the Manhattan was ridiculously good! Our dinner date was a home run! Always great Cattlemen's!
