Dunkin Donuts - Roseville

I had the white donuts not long. I stopped buying a dozen sorts of donuts this morning when I was told they didn't have no donuts. no donut manufacturer and does not know when they will have donuts. So a sign to the door. Don't let me stand inline to get on the counter to say no donuts. I lost time. I loved dunkin since I remember the east coast. that's the biggest farewell. I'll stop here last time.

Today I went with my sister and in the rule we get immediate answer with our online orders, but this time was absolutely terrible. we would call a woman right in front of us and ask her to leave our drinks that we could see on the counter. she would look at us and turn around without saying anything. my sister went to the manager and asked him to give us our drinks and we have nothing. I understand they're busy, but it's not that hard to give us two drinks before our eyes. not to mention many others employed noticed that we wait and ask for help and we have nothing. That was ridiculous. I understand if we were rude, but we waited patiently until it was ridiculous and we had to say something. thank you dunkin!

That was my first time in dunkin, richard the dame at the cash that I didn't get her name we are sooo awesome sweet! they were a great help on the full of drinks and what tasted good, definitiw the best customer service I experienced at a coffee place. in any case will come back to see them soon!

This is probably the second best dunkin here in sacramento, drinks are usually quite good, but they had their days left out a few times. The best consistent dunkin I was in the environment of the Sac area is far away in elk grove.

Came in on a good day and the cashier and server were nice (but it's not the case all the time). There was quite a wait though because they were handling both in store and to go at the same time.
