Ichiddo Ramen Roseville

This place serves pretty good ramen. Went in about half hour after they opened. Service was nice, but you know they?re short staffed, so no problem to wait. Had a hearty bowl of the shredded char siu ramen, which said it was spicy, but definitely a mildor less even. Still, the broth was very good, noodles and toppings were perfect. Appetizers were a little less appealing, butflavor was all there. I?d come back again for a quick bite.

It's hard to find good Ramen places in Minnesota, so I was incredibly excited to try this Ramen. My husband and I both got the number one selling pork ramen. I found the pork to be kind of dry and the broth was not nearly as flavorful as I was hoping for.You will have to be rolled out of here though because the portions are big and they do not skimp on the noodles. We also hadtried the octopus appetizer and were a little disappointed that the deep-fried ball had one tiny piece of octopus in a sea ofdeep fried breading. There are better Ramen places out there but this one has plenty of seating and is relatively fast so Iwouldn't be opposed to returning.

Ramen is consistently good. Appetizers are a hit or miss; sometimes cold or just pathetic looking. Staff seemed very busy but we were attended to and our ramen came fast.

My friend and I were in the mood for a classic bowl of ramen, and Ichiddo did not disappoint! There are many appetizers to choose from, so it's easy to try new things each time you visit. This time we ordered the tofu buns, and they were pretty good! The bun was fluffy and chewy, and the sauce was sweet. The tofu and its breading seemed a little under seasoned, but the sauce made up for it. I ordered the seafood ramen, and while the broth, noodles, and seafood were delicious, I wish there was more actual seafood in the dish. The whole bowl had just the seafood pictured floating on the top, and I wish there was more to find on the bottom of the bowl amongst the noodles. Even if it were a few more simple pieces of fish cake it would have made the dish that much better!

I came here looking for vegetarian ramen. The ramen was pretty average. The place is huge and has tons of space for large groups. I'm sure the other things on their menu are decent. I wouldn't go back there again for their vegetarian ramen. I wish they had more toppings like chilli oil. Portion size was pretty good.
