Bidra med feedbackWent on a Wednesday evening. Fairly quiet. Food was atrocious. I don 't expect a lot from a buffet, much less one aimed at children; but even the pizza was bad. The dough had this strange after-taste that I really can 't describe as anything other than "off. "Despite a decent amount of staff on duty, the place was pretty messy. Tables long-since-cleared retained the inedible echoes of their former occupants for quite some time, and the floors were all but neglected. The staff seemed fairly dreary, a testament of businesses that either overwork or undervalue their associates. Probably both. The atmosphere is quite good. The arcade area is impressive with rides and games for every age. Even theme-part style rides. If the arcade admission came without the terrible buffet cost, I might rate this location higher; but that 'd ruin the experience of it.
When it first opened it was a little better. It's a large chuck e cheese with better games. The food is sub par and expensive but the dining rooms have fun themes. The games are expensive as well but the kids enjoy them. We did the unlimited games option through groupon but quickly found out that it is not unlimited on any games that earn tickets, which is over half. So that was definitely not worth it for us.
I can't believe how far down this place has gone, Especially for the price. They charge you $1 to load your card after you've paid the entry fee, games, rides, and food. The food is not good! Salad dressings watered down with no taste. Cheese sauce runny no flavor. The only decent thing is the pizza, but it has to be fresh out the oven. Bathrooms are a mess. Out of service stalls with no signs. Pipes leaking water.Arcade is great for the kids. Its cool they have rides but I won't be in a rush to return here. I've been here a few times and this was the worst.
Absolutely awful. I brought my class years ago and it was nice and staff was accommodating, but it has changed. Barely any dessert, ice cream was down, pizza wasn’t great, salad dressing was like water. Arcade and rides are actually a huge rip off. We won’t be back. Very disappointing.
This was our first time visiting this location on 18 Feb. We got there at about 12 and it was starting to pick and get busy. Its been awhile since visiting a Johns Incredible Pizza and the last time we did they still had actual people behind the counters when you first entered to purchase your food/game cards etc. The computers were fine, but you do have to call someone over to add your military or any other discounts you may have. I’d like to say that from entering the building and leaving the building we did not encounter one friendly or happy employee there. Every single employee seemed miserable to be there, there wasn’t a smile to be found. Now I understand everyone has days of not wanting to be or go to work, but I do feel that when you work at a family friendly establishment and people are there celebrating birthdays and their kids you should be able to muster up a smile or hello. There was nothing and it made this place feel sad and like people were bothersome to be in certain areas. The buffet stations were clean and tidy for the most part, again the employees behind each station were just staring, no smiles, no hellos, no basic customer service. One salad bar nearest to the entrance seemed really fresh and tasty, while the other seemed kind of nasty and like it needed some refreshed items. Soda fountains weren’t sticky and nasty, but again we got here an hour into the restaurant opening. Pizza options were good, hot and fresh and they never seemed to be behind on making sure there were pizzas out. Some sauces and gravies were so completely watery. Ice cream machines weren’t working and the dessert station was not the tidiest of spaces. We chose to sit in the Animation Room and it was fine, the booths are so tight to get in and out of and there were just three of us and a high chair. Again it has been awhile so we always had a room attendant in that small room each themed room has to bus tables, take trash etc. This wasn’t the case, there were two employees there, however they were just standing in the room watching people pile up their plates, waiting for people to take their plates over to them or just waiting for people to leave and then clean their space up. And with the booths being small it becomes cramped fairly quickly. I was taking our trays over to them and cleaning off our plates, and throwing away our trash while the attendant just stepped aside and watched me. I have no problem whatsoever cleaning my own mess, but we were confused on why an attendant would even need to be there if people are cleaning up after themselves. The arcade area was clean, a lot of games worked and there were a handful that didn’t it is a crowded space and they have a mass variety of games and activities to choose from for toddlers-adults and there is bound to be something for everyone. Overall pur experience was OK. There are definitely improvements that should be made, but we had a good time taking our son for the first time, and I’m sure we will be back in the future.Vegetarian options: Salad bar with lots of variety, soups, pizza options, pasta and dessertsKid-friendliness: Fun themed rooms, tons of different games and lots of kid friendly food.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs or steps, there are plenty of open spaces
