Kfc - Roseville

The pommes were great. the Ky wings were average. the service was bad. the person on the running gear thru was untrained or very new, either so they did not need to order on the running gear thru. they did not have any customer service label. I didn't get what I wanted in the combo, I wanted to get pommes and kartoffels, so I returned this and got the pommes. then did not discover the cookies. it did not go back.

The girls who worked on 8/23 at 8:30 a.m. were friendly and fast. the food was also fresh.

Eating was very good, people friendly. we ordered 2-3pc meal and 2-2pc meal. but only rank up 1- 3pc meal. ok my fault I guess I didn't check the reception properly....but we ordered an additional page on all 4 meals...only 1 extra, that should have been kartoffel. that made me feel a lot. fortunately, we had also ordered large sides of kartoffels...but we spent 60 bucks to screw up our dinner all....not sure if I will be back.

Repeated several times to get what I wanted to eat after I got my food was not the right one and was overloaded. was with co-worker and he didn't get what he ever asked. Happy, who made the cook, saved this place for a two star. it must be cleaner in the kitchen and eat.

I have always had positive experiences at this KFC. The place needs an overhaul as far as appearance goes. Order online, always great experiences.
