Taqueria El Tapatio - Roseville

This is our favorite taqueria in roseville! Our go to-s are the nachos, super burrito, and taco plates! Asada and Al Pastor is our favorite meats but im sure everything we havent tried yet is great.

Both the bacon egg Bacon Eggs Burrito and Sope were freshly prepared, good size portions, and great taste. Workers were also very pleasant.

The Menudo Grande is absolutely delicious! However, I have a couple of concerns. First, when requesting the Pata de Res (beef feet), the size of the meat and bone takes up a large portion of the broth and tripe in my takeout orders. I even noted this in the special instructions, but didn’t receive a response. Second, in my opinion, the Pata de Res isn't cooked thoroughly enough; it tends to be hard and chewy.

The Chile Relleno Burrito was excellent! A big thank you to everyone who reviewed it and mentioned how amazing it is. It was definitely worth diverting from my usual burrito to give this gem a try. The Birria soup was tasty as well, but the star of the dish was the homemade corn tortillas — absolutely delicious!

The breakfast burritos here are fantastic! They're enormous, and the ingredients are spot on—flavorful and fresh.
