We were lucky to run into Guiseppe , the chef , on the street in Rosolini when checking if the restaurant was open, as you have to book in advance. Make sure you call to make a reservation. Not because it is too busy, but because he only cooks for a limited amount of people and not a la carte, but he surprises you with a 6 meal course. The food was great, very fitting combinations of flavors. The ambiance is not great, it’s not a cozy surrounding or anything, but the food makes that obsolete. Funny detail is that you can leave your comments by writing on the wall... a nice personal touch. Make sure you make the call when in the neighborhood, you’ll enjoy great food, and a very sympathetic chef named Guiseppe!
He's a wonderful chef. Create dishes as art to eat. you must try this restaurant, before the chef becomes very famous and the price very high.
