Arby's - Roswell

The staff were friendly and attentive when taking my order. I chose this location because they offered inside dining. The store was clean, and my order was accurate. They even went the extra mile to clarify which shake was which, as the two had slight differences in color.

Arby's is great. The only problem is they never want to give you enough sauce it's like you got to arm wrestle them or something to get some extra sauce. At least they don't charge for it.

Honestly, the staff at this restaurant are truly amazing. They are genuinely kind individuals who know how to make you feel welcome, even during busy times when they might be stressed. They handle situations like system outages or computer restarts with such ease that it hardly seems like an issue at all. You all are fantastic, and I absolutely loved my dinner! The food and the friendly service really brightened my day. It made a significant difference. This Arby's is, without a doubt, my favorite!

I haven't visited Arby's frequently in the past, but ever since we met Lois at this location, we've been going more often. She is incredibly kind, thoughtful, patient, and a fantastic employee! Lois treats everyone with the same warmth. She creates a welcoming atmosphere for customers, who leave with smiles on their faces. Lois is truly an asset to the company!
