Kfc - Roswell

Wow! especially who won this business must fire anyone who worked 8/21/22 at 4:15 o'clock. they hear, there was literally a line with 4 cars and no one in the radio.. But there were clearly about 6 people in there.. you even had a baby there and there was a man smoking .. all this while the people were waiting for the running gear. I was so determined to find out what was going on .. and I knocked on the running gear through the window until someone answered and said he didn't know why people didn't answer. I was shocked by the total lack of respect for the work, as they were not interested in helping. the owner has to look into this and get rid of the personal, it is better to have their business closed than employees who have constantly embarrassing them. that is a bad call for kfc

Is there a way to rate a place with zero stars? This restaurant is rarely open during its posted hours, the customer service is nonexistent, and there always seems to be something broken in the store. I genuinely hope the owner can implement some improvements.

The service is equally disappointing. Their hours are listed on Google and the sign outside indicates a 10 PM closing time, yet I’ve shown up an hour and a half before closing only to be told “we’re closed,” if they even bother to inform me. Owner, this has been an ongoing issue for quite some time, so telling customers to “try us again” just isn’t going to cut it anymore. I’ve been doing that for the past year, and nothing has improved. The staff really needs to step up their game and improve their customer service skills, or this place won’t last much longer.

The worst KFC in Cobb County. They consistently have been closing an hour early (at least on Fridays for 2 years. There are 3 people inside right now that look like employees. They refused to even tell us they were closed. There is a 4th guy oustide waiting for them (all 4 vehicles are together . We drove to the window and the lady just kept making food (for her 2 friends inside? With her back to us. My dad got out and started knocking on the window for her to FINALLY tell us that they were closed although according to google the hours were confirmed that they close at 10:00. We came at 9:00. The new workers recently hired stayed open until 10 for about 2 weeks until they became just like the old crew. I just want some freaking chicken man. I can deal with the fact that they are extremely rude... Just stay open.

Does anyone actually work here? After placing my order, I pulled around to the window. I sat there for about 8 minutes then I put my car in park so that I could step out and knock on the window. There was no one in there that I could see. Which was weird cause the people in line behind me had also spoken to someone and placed orders. I ended up waiting for about 10 minutes total, then I drove off. Saw someone with a headset standing around on the other side of the building but at that point I was done with this location. If I could give them zero stars I would. Look if you are short staffed I understand but come to the window and let me know. Don’t just leave me sitting there wondering if I imagined talking to someone.
