Bidra med feedbackEasy experience with this place. There was only one worker in the store at 5DEC22 when I went to pick up my order. The app declared the food ready at 6:39p... He was the only one who talked to people who came to pick up. The phones didn't pick up from 6:39p to 7:05p when I went out with my food. He didn't answer the phones. I have the Hawaiian chicken 10 BBQ wings 10 pieces. My son and I have food poisoning from the food. From 7:46 a.m. on 6DEC22 we are both still sick in bed of the bad food we ate from Marcos. Who knows what has been introduced into our foods, because the worker did not practice the best food supply-sanitary practices. For example, he pulled out his phone to ask someone on the other end about ingredient to put on a certain order. Swimming to unlock his phone and make a call, then went with the same hands (no gloves) to touch the cheese on the dough. I hate that I paid to get my family and I sick.
Overall, customer service was not impressive. I put an online order and came to pick it up and stood in the store that looked stupid for 15 minutes before I was even recognized. There were 3 employees and only me and an elderly man in the store.
We often liked this Marco from them. But they lacked parts of our order without explanation (e.g. dips, banana peppers, even drinks) and did not provide confirmation of the order when picking up, let alone delivered. They used to be great, but you can't say that anymore.
We were very happy with the Holcomb Bridge. Quality has always been brilliant. We were regular customers and they have not yet failed! The staff was always friendly. If I have a bad pizza or whatever I update that and let you know how they treated it.
Extremely busy yet every customer coming through the door seemed satisfied and happy! Thank you for providing great pizza to our community. Clean and friendly atmosphere. Everything was hot fresh and delicious. Will order here again.
