Kfc - Rotherham

I was quite surprised to read other reviews about this restaurant. We called yesterday on our way home from shopping and we were impressed. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the food was hot and delicious.

I can't believe we stopped at Canklow KFC for a quick meal before rehearsal and the restaurant was filled with unruly kids, some of them older. They weren't even buying anything or eating, just causing chaos and not being reprimanded by the staff. I guess it's not worth their jobs to confront them. I will definitely be avoiding this place in the future, as it was a terrible experience. The food was subpar and the service was even worse. I feel sorry for the staff here, it's no wonder the restaurant was empty aside from the rowdy kids.

0 Not worth it at all! I visited this restaurant last week and ordered a delicious chicken burger. Returned this week and the chicken burger was nasty, dried up, and burnt.

Awful! They not only got the order wrong but when we got home and tried to take the bucket out of the bag it was soaking in grease and just fell apart landing on the floor. I'm not a fan of eating off the floor so it's all in the bin. 22 quid down the drain. WONT be using this kfc again.

So I promised my granddaughter KFC chicken because they had a deal on the TV, arrived at the restaurant and asked for the Tuesday deal reply sorry we are not doing it today I did alert the member of staff it was a Tuesday they said that there area manager told them not to provide the deal has there was a shortage of chicken, I pointed out the rack full of chicken but was told there is a shortage. Also I went to Wickersley and was told the same, I looked on previous reviews at KFC canclow and they had pulled this scam before, totally disappointed and shocked that KFC can get away with pulling a scam like this
