Mcdonald's - Rotherham

I placed an order for 12.00 through my app and saw that the money was pending to come out of my bank account. I used Apple Pay for payment. I went through the drive-thru and encountered a rude girl who did not offer any assistance. I decided to go into the store instead. The girl at the register was also very rude and blamed the app for the issue. She made no effort to resolve the situation and get me my food. I left feeling frustrated and hungry, as I did not receive my order. It was disappointing that they acknowledged my order but did nothing to ensure I received my food. They should have been more apologetic and proactive in resolving the issue. I will not be using the app again or returning to this location in Sheffield.

The McDonald's at Woodall Services has closed and the premises have been boarded up, with the closed sign now removed.

I was just informed by the staff that this McDonald's location will be closing down in April. This has always been one of the best McDonald's with friendly staff. I hope the staff find good jobs in the future.

I **** love me a good maccies however I was discussed when the spotty teenager behind the counter laughed at me for ordering a fruit bag. I had the same issue when I ordered a rice box at KFC.

We stopped for breakfast and all of the food was prompt, warm, tasted nice and was super good value. We all know what McD's do so you do not expect to be blown away, however, quick, simple and good value on a breakfast stop off is pretty good going
